Turkey Black Bean Chili

from The 17 Day Diet Cookbook

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups black beans (optional- I've never used them but I should try it sometime!) 
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions: 
In a saucepan, brown the ground turkey over moderate hear. Add the remainder of the ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
