Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion
- 6-8 red potatoes
- 1 bottle of fat-free italian dressing
- 1 cup of water
Directions:
- Put thawed chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Cover with Italian dressing and 1 cup of water.
- Add onion, potatoes and carrots.
- Mix together.
- Cook on high for 2-4 hours, low for 4-6 hours.
