- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup hot drinking water
- 1 cup (or more) mashed potatoes
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Fry onions in oil. Add flour, salt, and pepper and stir constantly. Add water slowly and stir constantly. Boil 2 minutes. Add poataoes, milk and cheese and heat until cheese melts but do not boil. Serve hot.
I know I changed this a little when I made it but I forgot how. I'll update it once colder days come and I actually want to make a warm soup again.
