Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter (soft)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Mix in the softened butter.
- In another bowl, mix together eggs and lemon juice.
- Add to the larger bowl and mix until smooth.
- Pour into buttered 8x8 pan and bake at 350F (175C) for 22 min
Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Stir together until smooth.
- Pour over warm brownies.
